About the Role:
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure the support center and its programs run smoothly each day from open to close, maintaining a standard of excellence and upholding our mission.
Team and Participant Support:
- Aid Program managers and advisors in the daily operations of the center and step in last-minute when needed to ensure quality service is up to the Stepping Stone standard.
Coordination:
- Oversee day-to-day tasks such as transportation coordination, volunteer coordination, and general administration, ensuring the center’s operations are seamless and effective.
- May occasionally assist with planning, implementation and coordination of special events outside typical working hours.
Expected Outcomes:
Within 15 Days:
- Establish strong team and client relationships, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Undertake basic operational and role-specific training, such as safety protocols and documentation procedures.
Within 30 Days:
- Take on elevated role-specific responsibilities like coordinating with Program managers on safety protocols and working with advisors on documentation.
- Start gauging the impact of your role through outcome-based metrics, including but not limited to participant feedback.
Within 45 Days:
- Gain a full understanding and responsibility of the Program Coordinator role.
- Demonstrate results by showcasing smooth operations, reduced issues, and high satisfaction among participants and staff.
Need to Have:
- Current certifications in CPR/AED, First Aid, QMAP, and Safety Care (SSSC will provide, if needed).
- Completion of DSP Plus training materials provided by SSSC.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Successful completion of CAPS check, criminal background check, and Motor Vehicle Record check.
- A high school diploma.
- Experience working with at-risk populations (disabled, elderly, children).
- Ability to commute to Littleton, CO 80128.
Nice to Have:
- Certification as a CNA.
- Experience: working with a vulnerable population for over a year.
- Language: Proficiency in languages other than English.
Schedule:
- Full-time role requiring presence at SSSC Monday-Thursday between 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and once a month on Friday afternoons for staff meetings.
- Flexibility is crucial, as occasional changes might be required.
Compensation:
- $18/hr., plus benefits
