Strata-G Solutions has an opening for a full-time Senior Human Resources Generalist.
This position provides Human Resources support and guidance in all facets of HR, including benefits, recruiting, employee relations, and compliance. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior HR management to enhance our workforce and achieve departmental objectives.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Keep up to date on federal, state, and local laws and the ability to create policies.
- Maintains high visibility, accessibility and interaction with all employees.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to enhance employee performance.
- Support conflict resolution efforts within the organization to maintain a positive work environment.
- Conduct workforce planning to align staffing needs with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related business field
- 5 years of general human resources experience in the government contracting industry preferred.
- Must be knowledgeable of employment law and other issues relative to human resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Requires a significant level of diplomacy, tact, and the ability to work effectively with employees and managers..
- Ability to convey a positive and professional image to applicants and employees.
- Demonstrated experience with Deltek Costpoint.
- Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook); ability to learn new software quickly.
- Demonstrates proficiency and commitment to excellence in performance of duties.
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
