- Maintain and organize calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to keep records up to date.
- Provide general office support, including filing, document preparation, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in customer support by addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism before distribution.
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks, including document creation and collaboration.
Skills
- Proficiency in phone systems with a strong understanding of phone etiquette.
- Experience with calendar management to coordinate schedules effectively.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
