Essential duties include the following:
- Create policies, procedures and best practice documentation
- Lead cross-functional projects and reporting that drive performance improvement, visibility and automation
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational metrics and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives
- Manage day-to-day vendor relations, including performance evaluations, SLA adherence, issue resolution, and invoice reviews
- Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures and workflows against organizational objectives and apply improvements
- Maintain current and annually tested Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans
- Drive a regular cadence of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess performance against key metrics
- Work with legal and compliance to update contractual language to support product launches/changes
- Conduct reviews to ensure operational readiness and scalability of initiatives; working with stakeholders to close identified gaps
Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university or minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role (SaaS environment) required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience within Operations, Program Management or Project Management.
- Experience working in financial services industry, card/automated clearing house (ACH) payments preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, data analysis, and presentation skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent time management skills and willingness to take responsibilities for meeting goals, objectives and project deadlines.
