We have the excitement and ambition of a startup with the benefits and resources of a proven organization. We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join Symbotic’s Talent Acquisition team. You will be an integral recruitment partner to the Talent Acquisition recruiters, sourcers, TA Leaders, and various business partners. As a Recruiting Coordinator you will partner cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class candidate and customer experiences. Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling in-person, video, and phone interviews for multiple recruiters and business hiring teams, as well as all related meetings including debriefs. Own confirmation and follow-up correspondences to candidates regarding recruiting status via phone and e-mail. Serve as the central point of contact for the employee referral and external job posting programs. Maintain job descriptions and compensation information within the applicant tracking system and master trackers. Create, manage, and maintain all reports to support the Talent Acquisition team as well as additional ad hoc reports that are requested. Process reimbursements for candidate travel expenses and invoices from vendors for various expenses such as agency fees, training programs, and other costs. Manage the recruiting e-mail inbox(s); respond to candidate and vendor inquiries and forward information to the appropriate person or team in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned. What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Between 1–3 years of talent acquisition or human resources required. Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) experience preferred. Experience working with an applicant tracking system preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively. Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results. Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
