Primary responsibilities include:
- Interacting with financial advisors and their clients to process new business, secure forms, pull client reports and statements
- Assist with account changes and maintenance as well as research technical questions
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, client meeting materials and other documents
- File and obtain documents and reference materials within compliance guidelines for advisors and clients
- Conduct research and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
- Manage and maintain advisor’s appointment schedule
- Answer and manage incoming calls and emails
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels and coordinate project-based work
Requirements:
- Must meet background check and fingerprinting requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Customer service oriented with strong writing, speaking, communication and phone skills
- 2 years of administrative experience
- Proactive, personable, dependable, organized and able to meet deadlines
- College Degree or equivalent experience
Employment Type: Full Time – Non Exempt
Location: This is an in-person position
Compensation: The expected per pay period range for this position is between $55,000-$70,000 annually. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law
