Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely tax filings.
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
- Work with accountants for tax preparation and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Prepare regular financial reports for management review, providing insights and detailed analysis as need
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Perform other administrative and financial tasks as needed.
Requirements
Education: Minimum of an associates or 2 year degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Bachelors degree is preferred.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar role.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software, Excel and other related computer programs is essential.
Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable: Experience working in a hybrid or remote working environment.
