Client Care Specialist

The Core Training is currently seeking a highly detailed and service-minded Client Care Specialist (or Client Concierge) to join our Operations Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent service to our clients in all levels through phone calls, emails, and video conference calls.

Primary Duties:

• Contact up to fifty (50) current clients (Mortgage Loan Officers and Realtors) monthly
• Respond rapidly to client email requests for resources from our library to enhance their coaching experience
• Track data such as the clients goals and current results
• Ask for referrals to help grow our clientele
• Assist with events and execute projects
• Facilitate the coaching process with your clients and coaches by providing guidance and accountability
• Travel to our annual and semi-annual events

Must-Haves:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience
• Professional phone voice and appearance (70% of calls are on Zoom)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• The ability to build relationships and establish trust
• Adept at problem solving
• The ability to work collaboratively and independently with little or no supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Salesforce or similar applications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A “think outside the box” mentality
• Proactive approach to have a greater understanding of our products and services

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
