Personal Assistant/ Family Assistant Position

We’re looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant/Nanny to join a fast-paced,
high-energy household. This role demands someone dedicated to keeping the family’s
schedule running smoothly. You will be managing multiple calendars, providing
childcare, and ensuring everything is in order. We need someone who can juggle a
variety of tasks at once and is willing to go the extra mile to help the family succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant Duties:
●Calendar Management: Manage the mother’s personal calendar, including beauty
and health-related appointments.
●Family Scheduling: Oversee the busy schedules of four children (school,
medical, activities) and stay ahead of all events and commitments.
●Medical Coordination: Track medical appointments and order prescriptions for
both mom and kids, ensuring everything is up to date.
●Correspondence Management: Handle email communications with doctors,
teachers, tutors, coaches, and other key contacts.
●Vacation Planning: Plan and book vacation activities for the family (excursions,
itineraries, reservations, transfers).
●Errand Running: Assist with shopping, returns, and various miscellaneous tasks
as needed.
●Household Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for
household vendors, including the handyman, interior designer, and house
cleaner, ensuring seamless coordination and oversight.
Childcare & Household Support:
●School & Activity Transport: Pick up kids from school and drive to extracurricular
activities (within a 10-mile radius, gas is reimbursed).
●After-School Routine: Ensure kids follow their after-school routines, including
homework, physical activity, and limiting screen time.
●Outings & Excursions: Plan and take kids on fun and enriching outings when
they are off from school.
●Pet & House Care: Assist with dog care, walking, and house-sitting (around
once a month when the family is away).

Qualifications:
●Experience in a nanny or PA role, particularly in a high-demand, busy household.
●Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
●Comfortable with pet care, light meal prep, and house-sitting.
●Able to seamlessly prioritize and adapt to shifting demands and changing
circumstances.
●Willingness to go above and beyond for the family.
