What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Administrative Support position at The Jacobson Group?

Our client, an insurance leader, is looking for Administrative support for their sales team! This 2-month assignment is 100% on-site in Boca Raton.

Responsibilities

  • Majority of work will be in Salesforce, pulling applications for coverage
  • Perform quality checks on applications and determine which applications are completed and which are missing information
  • Update disposition in Salesforce as needed

Requirements

  • At least one year of in-office business experience
  • Basic computer skills including, Outlook
  • Must be available to work onsite
