 As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our branding, content creation, and event marketing initiatives.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s brand presence, managing marketing campaigns, overseeing content creation, and executing events that drive engagement and business growth. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with experience in social media management, content creation, and brand development. The Marketing Manager will oversee our Social Media Manager and external vendors to ensure alignment with our overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement across social media, email marketing, and the firm's website. Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone.
  • Social Media Oversight: Direct and manage the Social Media Manager to align social media initiatives with broader marketing goals. Review and approve content calendars, engagement strategies, and campaign performance.
  • Brand Development: Create and maintain the firm’s brand structure and “brand bible,” ensuring all marketing materials, communications, and digital assets reflect a cohesive and professional brand identity for Amber Saunders and the firm.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, client appreciation events, and community outreach initiatives to promote brand awareness and client engagement.
  • Website Management: Oversee the firm's website from a marketing perspective, ensuring content is current, engaging, and reflective of brand identity. Regularly update the events page and other key sections to promote firm activities and initiatives.
  • Asset Management: Manage and oversee the development and organization of all marketing assets, including photos, videos, presentations, and print materials. Ensure all assets are current, high-quality, and aligned with the brand.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management, preferably in professional services or legal sectors.
  • Proven experience in event planning and execution.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRM software.
  • Experience managing teams and external vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and think strategically.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in legal, finance, or corporate environments.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising strategies.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary range: $87,000 - $92,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • Performance-based bonuses.
  • Benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work model (minimum 2 days in-office per week).
  • Candidates must reside in Atlanta, GA, or be willing to relocate.
