The SEO/Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the administration of all social media accounts, maintenance of marketing and promotional material for the hotel and restaurant, and develop and execute a SEO plan. This position will report to the Creative Director.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Aid in the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Work under the direction of the Creative Director to develop, email campaigns and blog posts along with all printed/branded collateral.
- Manage all search engine optimization, SEO strategies
- Maintain and update the company website and all other third party listings to ensure maximum exposure and reach
- Utilize Google and Google analytics to increase website rank and grow the business reach
- Leverage cross-platform targeted marketing strategies
- Ensure return on investment for all complementary rooms, meals and services given.
- Track all complementary rooms, meals, services, expenses and budgetary items.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive off season bookings and revenue.
- Work to expand the reach of the Inn and diversify clientele, reaching those that would be financially beneficial but are currently not on our radar.
Skill and Ability:
- Must be highly organized, flexible, self-motivated and able to succeed in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Time Management skills
- Strong Excel, Google Analytics,
- Strong SEO knowledge and skill
- Strong writing, presentation and verbal communication skills
- Team oriented
Education:
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The work schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Hours may include weekend and after hour events

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
