Are you a highly organized professional who thrives on making things happen behind the scenes? Join our team as an Administrative Assistant to the President / CEO of the Word Network. We are searching for a well-rounded self-starter who is highly organized and can be productive in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to maintain attention to detail. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of Wide Orbit would be helpful but not required.
List of duties include but not limited to:
· Email communication daily with prospective and existing clients.
· Manage monthly client calendar with all needed updates
· Assist CEO in a wide variety of tasks, phone calls, appointments, schedules
· Maintain client relations as needed
· Update and maintain client schedules and contracts
· Report any updates or changes to multiple departments
Your Work Environment
- Primarily an in-office position, with some remote flexibility when appropriate.
- Balance day-to-day administrative responsibilities with higher-level strategic projects.
- The dynamic nature of executive support may require occasional availability outside regular business hours for time-sensitive matters.
- Work in a collaborative team environment while also managing self-directed tasks.
What You’ll Bring
- 3 years of experience supporting senior leadership in an administrative or executive assistant capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to shift priorities quickly while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive "can-do" attitude and willingness to take on tasks, big or small.
- Adaptability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
