We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support and ensuring that daily office functions run efficiently. Your duties will include managing correspondence, organizing files, and assisting with various clerical tasks that are vital to the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings, including the preparation of agendas and materials.
- Process and manage invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents in a timely manner.
- Greet visitors and clients, providing them with a friendly and professional experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a related administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
