We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personal Assistant to support a busy and successful entrepreneur. This role requires someone who is reliable, adaptable, and always one step ahead.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle all communication, including emails and phone calls.
- Task Coordination: Prioritize and organize daily tasks to ensure the smooth operation of business and personal activities.
- Project Management: Assist with ongoing projects, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Event Planning: Organize professional and personal events, both large and small, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
- Errands & Personal Assistance: Handle a variety of personal tasks, such as shopping, event reservations, and miscellaneous errands.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Exercise discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications and tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a personal assistant or executive assistant role supporting a high-level executive or entrepreneur.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Experience with travel arrangements and calendar management.
- Personality: Must be a self-starter, resourceful, and exhibit a “get it done” attitude.
