What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Manager position at Tru Salon?
We are looking for a driven, motivated and positive individual to join and lead our front desk team as a guest experience expert and team leader. We strive to be experts in guest care/guest experience (through text, email, phone call, welcoming guests in, providing tours, checking guests out) as well as experts in sales (trained and scripted, all salon services). This individual must enjoy and excel at sales offerings and have a happy personality. This individual must also thrive being on a team and playing a crucial, vital role on the team... understanding the only way to lead is by example, having integrity and the desire to see your teammates succeed! Must also be motivated to find/create solutions.

Front Desk Team Leader must be available for a minimum of 30hrs per week, not to exceed 40hrs per week, and be available during the weekdays, some evenings and the occasional saturday.
Starting Pay: $17/hr
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
