As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and effective management of our accounts receivable processes. This is a key position where your expertise will help drive continuous improvements, maintain compliance, and ensure timely and accurate collections across the True Rx book of business.

What You’ll Do
- Manage AR Book of Business: Ensure timely and accurate collection of payments within your assigned portfolio.
- Assist in Daily Cash Application: Support the daily cash application process, ensuring all payments are correctly posted and applied.
- Invoice and Contract Reconciliation: Ensure client invoices agree with contracts to prevent discrepancies and billing errors.
- Assist with Billing Rebate Process: Help manage the billing rebate process to ensure accurate tracking and execution.
- Support Quarterly Commissions: Assist with the accurate calculation and distribution of quarterly commissions for the team.
- Document Billing Procedures: Maintain comprehensive documentation of billing procedures, guidelines, and quality standards to support continuous operations.
- Generate Reports & Track Performance: Create and maintain regular reporting, tracking performance metrics to monitor AR processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with billing, finance, and other departments to resolve billing-related issues, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain Documentation & System Knowledge: Keep comprehensive documentation of billing procedures, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all systems and processes related to AR operations.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, and modeling).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex billing data and identify trends or anomalies.
- A detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in billing and receivables, with a strong drive for process improvement and efficiency.
- A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, where flexibility and problem-solving are key to success.
