POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for coordination and management of projects and activities within the assigned department to include project evaluation plans, timelines, and operational planning in support of key strategic initiatives. Serves as a liaison between administration and staff. Identifies areas in need of quality improvement and supports planning and evaluation efforts tailored to address the health service needs of the patient population. Provides ongoing management of data collection systems and the development of procedures for monitoring, validating, and reconciling data for accuracy. Creates customized reports based on analyses of data for dissemination.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health or related field is required. Masters degree in healthcare related field is preferred. Organizational skills with keen attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Experience in project coordination, data analysis, reporting, and planning is preferred. Must demonstrate the ability to work with public contacts, establish, and maintain effective working relationships and be highly adaptable to high-paced clinical environment.
