Provide IT project management. Perform research and evaluation. Work closely with stakeholders, IT team, consultants, and vendors. Plan/coordinate implementation and migration to new services including scheduling, configuration, testing, and change management.
Provide Salesforce administration, expertise, and leadership. Manage Salesforce Sales Cloud instance and Pardot applications. Responsible for system configuration, system enhancements/upgrades, testing, creation of reports and dashboards, data integrations, and ensuring data hygiene and integrity. Ensure proper change management and communications.
Serve as the primary IT contact for Salesforce support issues. Educate users to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce. Develop and maintain documentation, training programs, best practices, templates, guidelines, procedures/processes for Salesforce, Pardot, and other business/academic applications.
Lead Bimodal IT/Mode 2 efforts to identify and implement new user services, resources, and solutions. Improve business workflows and customer relationships. Ensure defined standards for quality and customer satisfaction are met.
Stay current with new higher ed applications as well as Salesforce features and functionality, through individual learning and formal training, to provide recommendations for process improvements and maximize the platform to provide valuable business solutions.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 4 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
2 years of experience functioning as a Salesforce.com/Pardot administrator. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud with Education Data Architecture and Salesforce Certification is strongly preferred.
Project management expertise/experience with the ability to work with colleagues and clients across many business units to solve complex technical challenges. Expertise in change/risk management.
Experience building integrations using the Salesforce Platform APIs (preferred).
Experience with Salesforce AppExchange and other third-party solutions including FormAssembly and Apsona.
Working knowledge of MySQL, query design and relational database development.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and scripting/programming languages.
Experience and expertise with higher education applications and solutions including CRMs, communication, learning management, marketing, web, and other tools.
Experience devising training programs for end users of varying technical abilities and writing technical documentation for internal and external audiences.
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and apply critical thinking. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once.
