Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
- Manage incoming calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while directing calls appropriately.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documents are properly proofread and formatted.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar customer support or administrative role.
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to spot errors in documents.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.18 per hour
