Position: Client Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities:

As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will play a vital role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
• Understanding customer needs and requirements.
• Closing sales and achieving monthly and quarterly quotas.
• Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest.
• Utilize various channels for lead generation (prospecting, internet leads, phone leads, trade shows).
• Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
• Teaming with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
• Display a track record of great customer service, a positive attitude, and a determination to grow with us.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience in sales.
• A track record of over-achieving quota.
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence.
• Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and career-oriented.

Compensation:

• Base salary plus uncapped commissions.
• Average earning potential: $50,000 - $140,000

Schedule:

• Office hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
• Client Solutions Specialists are encouraged to work outside of business hours as well, keeping in mind their uncapped earning potential.
