Position: Client Solutions Specialist
Responsibilities:
As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will play a vital role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Closing sales and achieving monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest.
- Utilize various channels for lead generation (prospecting, internet leads, phone leads, trade shows).
- Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Teaming with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
- Display a track record of great customer service, a positive attitude, and a determination to grow with us.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in sales.
- A track record of over-achieving quota.
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence.
- Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Compensation:
- Base salary plus uncapped commissions.
- Average earning potential: $50,000 - $140,000
Schedule:
- Office hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- Client Solutions Specialists are encouraged to work outside of business hours as well, keeping in mind their uncapped earning potential.
