Company Job Title - Desktop Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support for users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with Windows operating systems, hardware, and software.
- Manage and support devices through Microsoft Intune and Azure for device management.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery of desktop support.
- Collaborate with team members and assist in the deployment of new technologies.
- Utilize ServiceNow for incident and service request management.
- Maintain, update, and support existing infrastructure and desktop environments.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Intune for device management (MUST have).
- Hands-on experience with Azure.
- Prior experience as a Desktop Technician (Sr. experience not required, but relevant desktop support experience is important).
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills with Windows and Office products.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience with ServiceNow for ITSM is a plus.
Disqualifiers:
- A history of frequently changing jobs (seeking candidates with stability).
- Lack of experience with Intune will disqualify the candidate.
