Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both electronic and paper documents.
- Assist with managing office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or in similar roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
