Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized patient care and foster meaningful interactions
- Monitor vital signs and perform thorough physical assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Accurately document the patient's ongoing condition
- Provide care for G-tubes, tracheostomy, and ventilators as needed
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and attentive patient care
- Proficient in performing vital signs and physical assessments
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols (as prescribed)
- Strong documentation skills for maintaining accurate patient records
- Experience with G-tubes, tracheostomy, and ventilator care (training provided)
- Valid nursing license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Pediatric experience is preferred, but not mandatory
