Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one nursing care and engage in meaningful patient interaction.
- Monitor vital signs and conduct thorough physical assessments.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by the physician.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of patients’ ongoing conditions.
- Provide specialized care for G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators as needed.
- Strong focus on compassionate patient care.
- Proficiency in assessing vital signs and performing physical evaluations.
- Capability in administering medications and treatments as per medical directives.
- Excellent documentation skills to track patient conditions accurately.
- Experience with G-tubes, trach, and ventilator care is advantageous.
- Must possess a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Pediatric nursing experience is preferred but not a mandatory requirement.
