About the Role

• As a Real Estate Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in initial planning and feasibility of new projects, conducting regular site visits throughout each phase of the development and construction process, and leading jobsite meetings, quality control inspections, and ensuring adherence to project specifications.
• You will also assist office and field staff with day-to-day project management activities and provide guidance as needed.

Main Responsibilities

1. Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges in construction projects, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address concerns to minimize disruptions.
2. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, environmental requirements, and other legal and regulatory standards.
