Viva Burrito CO. is looking for a part-time Bookkeeper. QBO Experience is a must. The ideal candidate needs to have the ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
Monday to Friday
Job Duties:
-General bookkeeping duties include but are not limited to:
1. Monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
2. Manage vendors
3. A/R and A/P
4. Filing and scanning
5. Create reports for management and CPA
6. Payroll
Requirements:
-Associate degree in accounting, business administration, or equivalent business experience.
-Minimum 5 years of experience
-Proficiency in MS Office(Word, Excel), Quickbooks Online is a must, Restaurant 365 experience, AR/AP, and outlook.
-Fluent in Spanish and English.
-Excellent organizational skills, good communications skill, responsible, honest, reliable, punctual, and motivated.
- Office attire.
