Wayman Aviation Academy has a digital first, inbound marketing strategy. We need a dynamic social media coordinator and content creator that enjoys creating, sharing, and tracking content across all platforms. A generalist that is comfortable with design, enjoys photography and video, and gets a thrill from likes, subscriptions, and click-through rates.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing digital strategy and tactics
• Plan and post daily content across all social platforms
• Coordinate volunteer creative team of students, staff, and fans
• Moderate blogs, groups, and messenger feeds
• Create graphics using Canva (Photoshop)
• Basic video editing for YouTube, Instagram, tiktok, etc
• Update Wordpress Website, Hubspot Blog, and articles

Requirements:

• Examples required ( up to 5 screenshots or images )
• Interest in Aviation very important
• Active uswe of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Tik Tok etc
• Design Sensibility for what looks sharp, clean, and modern
• Tech Savvy, social/seo/css/html/podcast/etc
• Photography and Video skills
• Hubspot experience preferred
• Wordpress experience preferred
• IT abilities; networking, troubleshooting etc preferred

Wayman Aviation Academy is South Florida’s premier flight school for international and local students. From their first hour of flight through Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor ratings, Wayman prepares students for careers in the airlines. The Academy is based at North Perry and Miami-Opa Locka airports and operates a fleet of more than 30 aircraft.

Wayman Aviation Academy partners with Miami Dade College, Florida Memorial University, Liberty University and the Greater Miami Aviation Association as well as five US and international airlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:

• Aviation: 1 year (Preferred)
