Job Description:
The West Newton Cinema Foundation is seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to manage private rentals. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of private rentals, including booking, coordination, and follow-up. In this role, you will handle incoming inquiries, gather details from clients, and determine event suitability. You will also coordinate with our team to secure available dates and finalize bookings. Additionally, you will be responsible for following up with clients before and after their events to ensure a positive experience.
