Assists the Human Resources Director in meeting Westside’s staffing needs.
Performs clerical support. Files documents in a timely and efficient manner, facilitating order and ease of retrieval Maintains confidentiality of employee records staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates Performs drug screening of all new employees with correct documentation Establishes recruiting requirements by studying schedules, meeting with managers to discuss staffing needs Communicates effectively by telephone, in person, classroom, and social media Offers the Human Resource Department innovative ideas for orientation, training, recruitment, and HR practices Coordinates the recruitment process including applicant background checks and pre-screening including OIG, Adverse Reactions, Professional License, reference checks Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations Represents Westside while building relationships with the community for quality recruiting and staffing, maintaining retention, and marketing Builds trust and relationships with all staff to ensure retention, training, and staffing concerns
