Teeth Whitening Specialist Overview:
We are looking for a Whitening Specialist to work independently at our We Whiten studio. In this role, you will provide teeth whitening services and create personalized treatment plans. As a Whitening Specialist, you will create and implement sales strategies, engage both warm and cold leads, deliver face-to-face sales, and ensure top-tier customer service to achieve and exceed your performance goals. Your focus will be on upselling treatment plans, promoting maintenance products, turning one-time clients into repeat customers, and attracting new clientele. Experience with financing options is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Boost sales of We Whiten treatments and retail items, consistently surpassing goals while enhancing the customer experience.
- Convert one-time visitors into regular clients by offering memberships, ensuring high retention rates and satisfaction.
- Serve as the in-studio Whitening Specialist, delivering teeth whitening services.
Core Duties:
- Customer Service:
Provide excellent service and introduce clients to our range of whitening products and treatment options.
- Sales:
Encourage clients to purchase treatment plans and return for future services.
Promote maintenance products suited to individual client needs.
Grow sales and attract new clients through our lead outreach program.
- Business Analysis:
Track and evaluate personal KPIs to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Administration:
Complete tasks like inventory management in a timely and accurate manner and ensure you're available for scheduled appointments.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, has an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong problem-solving skills. They will be highly self-motivated, focused on achieving results, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of sales experience (preferably in service or retail industries).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to generate revenue and meet targets.
- Comfort working in a self-driven, entrepreneurial environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a fixed schedule, including Saturdays and some holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to perform various physical tasks.
- Familiarity with technology and computers.
- Occasional lifting or moving of up to 25 lbs.
Other Qualifications:
