As an IT Business Systems Analyst IV, you will act as a liaison between IT and the business to ensure an understanding of business requirements when crafting and implementing new IT systems and improving existing systems. You will interact with others and resolve issues with IT support teams. We appreciate your new perspective on solutions for our ever-evolving IT needs!

Responsibilities / Expectations :
- Assimilates business processes; supports business partners and their applications
- Acts as liaison to third-party vendor support teams
- Leads external development resources and consultants
- Conducts application demos, crafts training material, and performs customer outreach
- Manages small to medium size projects including budgeting, reporting, partner management, conducting impact analysis and facilitation of organizational change
- Interacts and resolves issues with other IT support teams
- Leads skilled technical professionals to develop IT solutions
- Handles small to medium-sized projects, including budgeting, reporting, stakeholder management, conducting impact analysis and facilitation of change management
- Other duties as assigned
