Job Overview
The Service lane Coordinator position at our dealership requires a skilled individual with a strong background in auto service. The role involves overseeing the service lane, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing sales opportunities.
Duties
- Lead the Service Lane Team.
- Supervise Advisors in which monitoring that the Service Advisor follow company policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to current and new Service Advisors.
- Monitor closing ratios for all Advisors.
- Implement strategies to increase service department profitability.
- Maintain high-quality standards for repairs and customer service
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Work with the advisor staff by presenting needed services to customers.
- Track and review Advisor's performance.
-Communicate with customers and obtain exceptional customer servicesatisfaction scores .
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive service.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations.
- Proficiency in suspension systems and other mechanical aspects.
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
