What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Receptionist position at Windermere Coeur d'Alene Realty?

Windermere Coeur d' Alene Realty is looking for a positive, high energy person who enjoys working with fun and dynamic people!. This is an important position as you are the “Director of First Impressions", the friendly welcoming in-person or on the phone, contact for everyone! Primary responsibilities are answering a multi-line phone, greeting everyone who enters, setting up showings for the agents, creating marketing flyers, postcards and assisting agents. Some computer skills are necessary, with knowledge and proficiency of the Microsoft Office platform preferred. Training is provided and candidates need to be willing to learn and not be afraid to ask questions. An attitude to learn new skills, grow in this position, and work together with a team of amazing co-workers is essential!

Schedule- Between 30-40 hours a week, Mon -Fri, or flexible days.

Experience : Customer Service 1 year and computer skills (preferred)

Pay Rate $17-$18 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
