Windwalker is seeking to hire a Career Management Fields Specialist (CMFS) for the Army National Guard to provide Career Management Fields Training Services (CMFTS) for Aviation . This is an onsite position based in Fort Indiantown Gap, PA.
Under the Army National Guard Training Division Institutional Training Branch (ARNG-TRI), the CMFS must ensure the training provided is compliant with constantly updated laws and regulations and avoid duplication of effort and potential conflicting guidance by Total Army School System (TASS) schools.

The National Guards Bureau Career Management Fields Specialist For Aviation duties are :
- Review Training Requirements Analysis System (TRAS) and Program of Instruction (POI) documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- For each new Training Support Package, review all component documents and record any missing element. Finalize the Review Worksheet, attach additional information pages, including content review documentation and recommendations for filling any gaps identified or improving courses.
- Provide an Instructional Systems Design (ISD) expertise to conduct an analytical review to the content and structure of each course : Validating terminal learning objectives (TLOs) and enabling learning objectives (ELOs) to ensure all assessment items are mapped to Learning Objectives; Developing accurate Target Population descriptions by analyzing Job Descriptions / Military Occupational Specialty (MOS), Knowledge Skills and Attitudes (KSAs), and / or relevant job competencies; Creating Job Structure Diagrams through analysis of guidance directives, job duties / tasks and goals.
- Ensure all ARNG TASS Training Battalions and Regiments are properly accredited under the auspices of TRADOC Regulation 11-21 (TRADOC Implementation of the Army Quality Assurance Program) and Army Enterprise Standards (AES).
- Analyze data and assist with Army training Requirements and Resource System (ATRRS) for individual training requirements for enlisted and officer qualification and professional education courses. Generate reports, conduct analysis, interpret implications, and develop recommendations for each aspect of the Training Management Lifecycle.
- Travel to perform on-site Quality Assurance Evaluations (QAE) for each institution's compliance with Army Quality Assurance (QA) Program Policy and Accreditation Implementing Guidance.
