What You’ll Do- Provide technical support by diagnosing, repairing, and troubleshooting laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Manage and deploy security software across all company devices, ensuring a secure IT environment.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and access management.
- Administer phone systems and mobile device management (MDM) tools.
- Prioritize and manage incoming IT tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Oversee IT inventory, identify equipment needs, place orders, and document purchases.
- Organize and maintain IT tools, workspaces, and related infrastructure for optimal efficiency.
- Research, recommend, and implement innovative software and hardware solutions to improve workflow.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or currently attending college in pursuit of a degree.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused and outgoing personality.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple incoming IT tickets effectively.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday. There are no hybrid or remote options for this role.
Salary : $23 - $25
