Plans, solicits, awards and administers different types of contracts in accordance with established policies and procedures; interprets specifications and statements of work; analyzed proposals where prince and/or technical evaluations are involved and makes decisions involving multiple objectives; researches and interprets regulations and contract requirements; and establishes objectives, performance criteria and measures regarding contract administrations.
The employee's primary duty is the performance of office or non-manual work directly related to the management or general business operations of the Company, and such primary duty included the exercise of discretion and independent judgement denote4d as follows: examples include - having the authority to formulate, affect, interpret, or implement management policies or operating practices; carrying out major assignments related to the operation of the Company's business; work that affects business operations of the Company to a major degree, and having the authority to commit the Company in matters having significant financial impact.
Independent judgement and discretion involve the comparison and evaluation of possible courses of conduct and having the authority to make an independent choice, free from immediate direction with respect to matters of significance.
