Job Type: Full-time

Pay range: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour

We are seeking an Export Coordinator to join our team.

Responsible for providing the highest customer service by interacting with Latin America and Caribbean customers to respond to their inquiries and concerns, process their requests, and resolve their complaints.

The position requires understanding on export regulations, strong internal and external communication

Essential Job functions:

• Follow the ordering process from distributors: Releasing of orders, monitor pick/pack status at warehouse, shipment processing and delivery timeframe.
• Maintain a strong relationship with our customers in Latin America and Caribbean territories, provide documentation required, reception of customer request and inquiries and addressed to area in charge. Provide support, guidance and training based on their needs.
• Maintain strong relationship with our warehouse service provider to assure the on-time delivery of customer orders in compliance with customs and transportation regulations. Work with supervisor to identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Work with supervisor on the periodical revision-update of the customers database, Company - Account information, payment terms, Incoterms and shipping procedures, country import regulations and laws.
• Assist in preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports, KPI's, and company projects.
• Reception of customer discrepancies and addressed to related parties for investigation and results.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Consideration for equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year or more experience in customer relationship and international shipping process.
• Familiar with export regulations, incoterms, and international laws (ISO).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Bi-Lingual English and Spanish).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (i.e., Windows OS, Word, Excel and PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with others.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects and processes.
