About the Role
We are seeking a driven and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the executives at Zarkini Media. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn the full spectrum of media, business scaling, and brand authority-building. You will be involved in operations, client timelines, sales pipelines, quality control, and creative planning.
This is a hands-on immersive experience in high-level brand-building and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations and ensure smooth execution of projects
- Manage client timelines and maintain clear communication
- Support sales pipelines and client onboarding processes
- Ensure quality control across projects and deliverables
- Assist in creative planning and strategic initiatives
- Work closely with executives to assist in all facets of media, branding, and business growth
Who We’re Looking For:
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to follow direction while taking initiative
- Eager to grow, learn, and develop expertise in the media industry
- Experience in film or production is not required, but knowledge of the industry is preferred
Education & Experience:
- Degree NOT required – we value skill, drive, and passion over formal education
- Previous media experience is a plus but not necessary
