Technical Sales, Manager / Engineer (M&E / EPC / Maintenance) - Ubi

About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing tailored technical proposals, and supporting project execution for clients in sectors such as oil & gas, commercial, and industrial.

Their services span across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary (MEPS), maintenance, and EPC works. Headquartered in Singapore, with branch offices in few other countries, the company is known for delivering integrated solutions with a focus on safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities (based on seniority):

• Manage and grow B2B client accounts across M&E, EPC, and maintenance services.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients – providing total technical solutions and ensuring service delivery meets specifications.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and coordinate submission requirements.
• Drive new business opportunities and meet sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Support billing follow-ups and assist in resolving outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting.

Additional Responsibilities for Manager:

• Lead, motivate, and guide assigned team members.
• Define team goals aligned with business strategies.
• Oversee execution standards and ensure project delivery meets safety, quality, and timeline requirements.

Requirements:

• Manager: At least 7 years of experience in technical sales/account servicing within the M&E or engineering services industry.
• Engineers / Executives: 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred in project sales or engineering support.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and business-savvy.
