• Expand external growth channels for derivatives products (e.g., KOLs, communities) to drive user acquisition and increase trading volume.
• Plan and execute on-platform growth campaigns to attract, convert, and retain new derivatives users, boosting overall trading activity.

Job Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in derivatives products or business operations.
• Strong network and proven experience in promoting and growing derivatives products through external channels.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage analytics to optimize growth strategies and project performance.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
