JOB DESCRIPTION
Be the backbone of the team, ensuring smooth daily operations
Handle scheduling, emails, and office coordination—keep everything running like clockwork!
Maintain important documents and records with accuracy and confidentiality
Process invoices, reimbursements, and other administrative paperwork
Assist in arranging travel and accommodation bookings when needed
Support multiple teams in day-to-day operations and coordination
Work closely with management to streamline internal processes
Take charge of office inventory, supplies, and procurement
Help organize team events and office engagements for a vibrant workplace

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma and above
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
