We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Strategy and Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, identifying business growth opportunities, and developing long-term business relationships. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, market analysis, and relationship-building skills to enhance the company's growth and competitive positioning in the marketplace.
Key Responsbilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement the company’s long-term strategic plan in alignment with overall business goals
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive trends, and emerging markets.
Define and execute go-to-market strategies to expand brand presence and revenue streams.
Business Development & Sales Growth
Take ownership of all B2B sales initiatives, driving revenue growth and expanding market reach.
Identify and establish key partnerships and new business opportunities to strengthen the company’s market position.
Lead negotiations and manage relationships with key partners, customers, and stakeholders.
Expand the company’s presence in existing markets while exploring new market verticals.
Global Distributorship Expansion
Explore and establish global distributorship opportunities for Stryv and Bback, increasing brand footprint.
Identify, negotiate, and onboard international distributors to enhance global reach.
Ensure all distribution agreements align with the company’s strategic goals.
Strategic Partnerships with IP Owners
Build and nurture relationships with regional IP owners to explore licensing and collaboration opportunities.
Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to drive brand value and revenue.
Work cross-functionally to develop innovative product offerings based on IP partnerships.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.
Monitor industry trends and provide insights and recommendations for product, service, and market innovations.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, key partners, clients, and investors.
Ensure alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders on strategic priorities.
Project Management & Execution
Lead and oversee strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and impact.
Monitor progress, track KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5 years of experience in business development, strategy, or sales, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods.
Strong track record in B2B sales, global distribution, and strategic partnerships.
Proven experience in financial modeling, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a passion for business growth.
