Job Description:
Resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensuring operational stability.
Create and implement Service Requests (SRs) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting.
Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.
Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
Intermediate proficiency in IT Troubleshooting is required, with competency in the following technologies: Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Windows Server,
Intermediate level of proficiency in Incident Management is recommended.
Able to perform Customer Technical Support.
Albe to perform Problem Management.
Develop and implement innovative troubleshooting strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders with a customer-centric approach.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and addressing recurring technical issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline incident management processes and enhance service delivery.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to proactively address IT challenges.
Requirements:
