HR Operations Manager

We are currently partnered with an established supply chain group providing turnkey solutions for businesses in the area of Advanced Manufacturing (i.e. Semiconductors, Aviation, Medical Devices etc), which includes optimal storage, equipment handling, and specialised transport systems for sensitive equipments. Private Equity backed, the business has been growing steadily, and has recently expanded globally. With continued expansion in mind, they are looking to bring in a Human Resource (HR) Operations Manager.

The HR Operations Manager will oversee and optimise HR processes, ensuring efficient recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and implement HR projects. Managing a team of 2, the Manager will need to be strategic-minded, charting ahead and implementing policies to foster a positive workplace culture.

We are targeting candidates with at least 5-6 years experience coming from HR background. Candidates coming from HR consultancies, or have exposure in implementing strategic HR projects will be preferred. Candidates with experience managing blue collar workforce will have an added advantage.
