Asistant/ Production Engineer ( Electrical/Mechanical)

Job Responsibilities Summary :

The role involves investigating and reporting on productivity, quality, and claims, and working with engineering to improve assembly processes. Responsibilities include creating and updating documentation, monitoring production systems, and providing feedback to relevant departments. The position also supports the launch of new machine models, conducts training, troubleshoots machine issues, and performs electrical/mechanical testing. Additionally, the role focuses on ensuring adherence to production schedules, improving manufacturing processes, and maintaining high-quality standards through inspections and KPIs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Min Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent) required
• 2-3 years working in a machine assembly environment is preferred
• A good track record of supporting the department achieving KPI
• Strong understanding of 5S and HSE knowledge
• Able to work effectively in a fast and ever-changing stressful environment
• Maintain good Quality standards, 5S and safety discipline
• Well verse in Microsoft office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint and Outlook)
• Knowledge of drawing software (Solidworks, Unigraphic, etc) is added advantage
• Good presentation skills
• Problem solving skills
• Rootcause analysis skills
