Guest Services Officer (Front Office)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Services

Check-in and Check-out

Greet guests upon arrival, verify reservations, and process check-ins and check-outs efficiently.

Guest Assistance

Provide information about hotel services, and local attractions. Assist guests with requests such as room changes, extra amenities, or special arrangements.

Internal Coordination

Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and cafe departments to ensure guest needs are met. Team coordination is important.

Problem Resolution

Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Reservations and Bookings

Manage Reservations

Handle room bookings, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, or in-person.

Administrative Tasks

Maintain Records

Keep accurate records of guest information, reservations, and payments.

Billing and Payments

Process payments, issue invoices, and handle cash transactions securely.
