ICT Executive / Up to $3,300 per month/ Sengkang

Job Description

• Develop and teach Information and Communication Techonology (ICT) curriculum i.e. digital and media literacy resources
• Support troubleshooting for students’ personal learning device hardware and software issues
• Provide videography and photography support for school activities and events
• Support school as DMA administrator for iPad
• Manage school websites
• Conduct masterclass for software and apps

Requirements

• Diploma in IT related courses
• Possess good interpersonal skills and good technical photography skills
• Proficient in developing teaching materials for ICT curriculum for secondary school students
• Proficient in the use of iPad
• Proficient in videography and video editing techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 – Word, PowerPoint, Excel (including Excel coding)
• Proficient in Google Suite – Docs, Sheets (including Sheets coding), Slides, Sites
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar capacity in an educational institute.

Working hours

• Mondays to Fridays: 9:00am to 5:00pm; inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Additional info:

• Contract Period: 01 July 2025 to 30 June 2026 (with option to extend)
• This is an outsource role
