You will play a crucial role in ensuring that FS operates as a cohesive entity to achieve its goals, requiring cross-divisional collaboration in product development and marketing.

Product Strategy Manager :

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Change Management: Assist in the transition of FS into a product-led organization by fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability.
• Coordinate and Formalize Product Strategy: Dive deep into product offerings and competitor analysis to define and refine the FS product strategy and positioning.
• Develop FS Value Proposition: Collaborate with the FS Sales organization to gather feedback and enhance the value proposition at the division level.
• Global Market Positioning: Contribute to the shaping of FS's global value proposition, ensuring it resonates with market demands.
• Track Transversal Programs: Monitor and coordinate significant cross-entity initiatives such as A2A, Digital €, and EPI, ensuring that FS business opportunities are effectively addressed and that information is shared across all FS divisions.
• Sales Coordination: Facilitate the implementation of processes such as the Product Strategy Invest Review (PSIR) to ensure smooth collaboration between product and sales teams.
• Lead Transversal Product Strategy: Champion initiatives related to key areas like data and APIs, ensuring these are prominently featured in the product value proposition.
