What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intake Specialist position at TSR Injury Law?
TSR Injury Law, a leading personal injury law firm in Bloomington, Minnesota, has an immediate opening for a full-time Intake Specialist (Call Center). Schedule between the hours of 8am – 6pm Monday through Thursday and between 8am - 4pm Fridays. This position will offer a challenging opportunity and competitive benefits and wages.
Intake Specialists are responsible for answering incoming calls and screening callers to see if their case qualifies them to be a client of TSR Injury Law. The Intake Specialist will then complete an electronic sign-up packet with the new client and send/receive paperwork via email.
Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational and communication skills; proficient word processing skills; along with a team-oriented, flexible work style. In addition, candidates must thrive in a fast-paced work environment and have the ability to multitask.
Requirements:
2 years of Customer Service experience
Call Center experience is a plus but not required
Work Remotely: No
